Who’s ready to cool off together? Join us for an iStroll Playdate at the FAST (Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training) Splash Pad & Pool in Ocala!

This is a relaxed opportunity for our iStroll families to enjoy the summer, let the kids play, and spend time together outside of workouts. Bring your swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, snacks, and get ready for a fun morning with friends!

Admission is pay-your-own-entry at the gate.

Our July Member Spotlight is Kirsten!

🧡Name & kids’ ages- Kirsten. Kids are 7, 4, and 9 months.

💛How long have you been with iStroll Ocala and why did you join? I joined when it opened in March. (she is a re-launch founding member and previous member 2022-2024!)

🤍Biggest accomplishment since joining? Down 40 pounds once having my last baby.

🧡Favorite thing about iStroll? I love that I can bring my kids to iStroll and workout while they play with other kids.

💛Favorite local family activity? We enjoy going to car shows as a family.

🤍Coffee order? Cold brew with cold foam.

🧡Fun fact about yourself? Stingrays are my favorite animal and I went swimming with them in the middle of the ocean.

💛Advice for a new member? Showing up is the hard part. Once you’re there you’ll be easily motivated from the Mamas.

🤍What does “Stronger Together” mean to you? It means having a community to celebrate milestones together. Whether that’s Mama milestones or your kids milestones.

🧡How has iStroll impacted your life outside of fitness? I’ve built friendships that last outside of class to hang out together with or without kids.

Join us weekly M-W-F at the Paddock Market 9-10am for a HIIT family fitness class. Enter thru FourSmokesbbq. Afterwards check out the shops, grab a coffee from Moody’s, or stay for some amazing bbq lunch.

This Friday, June 26th will be our monthly coffee and play social event (this is a free event for anyone in the community to join us). Meet at Sipping Grounds Midtown 9:30am and then walk to Tuscawilla Park to play and socialize.
Every Tuesday we meet here at 8:30am for class on the patio!
