Let’s be real.
A lot of people aren’t training hard.
They’re just spending time in the gym.
They do one set…
sit down…
scroll their phone for 4–5 minutes…
then wonder why their body isn’t changing.
That’s not intensity.
That’s not enough workload.
That’s not how you force your body to adapt.
In the same time somebody did one exercise, I got through 5 exercises for 4 sets each.
That’s the difference.
If you want to lose body fat, build muscle, and actually see your body change, you have to stop playing around with your workouts.
More focus.
More intensity.
More work in the same amount of time.
The only thing that follows work is results.
Be honest, are you training with intensity or just showing up?
Comment “WORK” if you know you need to lock in.
Mac Total Body Training
Fat loss and strength training for busy adults. Real results. No crash diets. No fluff
Staying in shape in your 30s and 40s isn’t about chasing the latest workout or spending hours in the gym.
It’s about becoming the type of person who doesn’t negotiate with themselves.
I go to the gym when I’m motivated.
I go when I’m tired.
I go when work is busy.
I go when life gets stressful.
Because consistency beats motivation every single time.
As you get older, your body responds to what you do consistently not what you do occasionally.
If you want to stay lean, build muscle, have more energy, and feel confident as you approach 40 and beyond, stop looking for the perfect plan and start building non-negotiable habits.
The only thing that follows work… is results.
If you’re over 30 who’s tired of working hard without seeing the results you want, send me a DM with “WORK” and let’s build a plan that actually fits your life.
Day 1.
Today starts my 12-week transformation.
The goal is simple: lose body fat, get rid of this stubborn belly fat, and get my abs back. It’s time to lock in.
If you’re in your 30s or 40s, you know it doesn’t get handed to you anymore. You have to be intentional. You have to show up.
Here’s where most people mess up…
They try to be perfect from Day 1.
They think every workout has to be perfect. Every meal has to be perfect. Then the first bad day comes, and they quit.
We’re not doing that.
The goal in the beginning isn’t perfection. The goal is consistency.
Just show up.
Show up to your workouts.
Show up for your nutrition.
Show up even when you don’t feel like it.
Right now, I’m focused on building momentum. That’s it.
Once that momentum starts rolling, everything gets easier. The workouts become part of your routine. Eating better becomes normal. You stop relying on motivation because discipline takes over.
If you stay in the game long enough, that switch will flip. You’ll turn up the heat, and the results will come.
Remember… the only thing that follows work is results.
Let’s get this work. 💪
