Let me be clear-I want you to come to class on Thanksgiving at Left Coast Power Yoga. But I don’t want you to come because you think you need to “earn” something later. We earn nourishment and pleasure by existing. Practice because you want to get into your body, feel peaceful, and get clear. Because you want to be in community and express gratitude.
