We're looking for a few dedicated Volunteer Assistant Coaches to support our teams this fall (6th-8th North & South). This is your chance to make an impact, grow as a coach, and be supported every step of the way.
🔹 One practice per week, usually Sundays (starts Oct. 4)
🔹 Compete in 3 - 5 National Tournaments starting (Nov. 7th done by Dec 6th)
🔹 Backed by Team Indiana Board, 5+ Coaches Per Team & Team Administrator
🔹 Travel reimbursement (If no player on the team) + paid background check
🔹 Recruiting support provided by area scouts
🔹 Rotating practice locations: North Primary - Kokomo, South Primary - Columbus

North football families come to our nonpadded camps, meet our coaches, improve your skills and be evaluated for a possible roster spot!

As we head into our third season fielding three North Teams and three South Teams we want to remind everyone why we have evolved to this structure and how it’s important for the program’s success.

At Team Indiana Football, our goal is to field two competitive teams at each grade level — not an “A” and “B” team. To do this, we use Central Indiana as a clearinghouse to help balance rosters.
• Players living in the Northern part of the state typically play on a North Team (6th, 7th & 8th Grade).
• Players living in the Southern part of the state typically play on a South Team (6th, 7th & 8th Grade).
• Players living near the Metro Indianapolis area or along the I-70 corridor may be placed on either team based on head coach interest, family preference, and roster needs.
• Rotating practice locations balance the driving load and facilitates carpooling North = Kokomo, Indianapolis - South = Bloomington, Columbus, Indianapolis.

This expansion has allowed for more players and coaches to participate in our developmental program and ensures that both teams remain competitive, providing the best opportunity for exposure, and success on the national stage.

We are monitoring the weather and it looks like it will hit Bloomington about the time we would start Check In. We will follow IHSAA Weather Guidelines and if lightning or thunder are happening we will delay check in. It looks like the storm will pass through quickly enough that we can resume the camp and finish with an adjusted schedule.

Coaches Our coaches are all volunteers, who give their time and energy to develop our players not just as football players but also as young men.  Our program is blessed to have the support of many great coaches including state championship winning high school coaches!
