Proud of this team tonight.

Down 21-0 at halftime, our guys NEVER folded.
Instead, they fought for every inch, believed in each other, and battled all the way to the final whistle against a strong Division ll team.

There are no moral victories. We came here to win. But one thing was made crystal clear tonight…
There is absolutely NO QUIT in this team.

There’s belief. There’s heart. There’s fight. And there’s a TEAM who never stopped playing for one another.

Keep believing.

DID YOU KNOW? | GREEN WAVE THURSDAYS

Every Thursday before our team walk-through, we put football aside for about 30 minutes and just COMPETE, LAUGH & HAVE FUN.

We call it Green Wave Thursday.

Co****le. Bocce Ball. Spike Ball. Razzle-Dazzle. Home Run Derby. Ladder Toss. And, of course, plenty of bragging rights on the line. 😂

Why do we do it?

Because building a football program is about more than what happens underneath the Friday night lights.

We want our athletes to love being here. We want them competing, laughing, building relationships and creating memories with their teammates. We want Newark Catholic Football to be an environment where our guys can thrive and where coming to football is something they genuinely look forward to every single day.

There’s a time to work.
There’s a time to lock in.
And there’s also a time to remember that this game is supposed to be FUN.

That’s how relationships are built.
That’s how memories are made.
That’s how a true TEAM culture grows.
