🏁 RACE RECAP — WHAT. A. NIGHT! 🏁
I honestly don’t even know where to begin!
We drew #74 in the gate and went out for hot laps, only to find ourselves fighting the same issues we’ve been chasing. After changing just about everything on this car in the garage this week, we were starting to wonder what it was going to take.
Dad made ONE adjustment before the heat race… and WOW! We finally had our race car back!
We swapped the lead THREE times in the heat and came home P2, but more importantly, I had an absolute blast racing door-to-door!
We rolled off P2 for the feature, and the battle was on again. We swapped the lead THREE MORE TIMES, and this time we came out on top! 🏆🏁
FEATURE WINNER — P1! 🏆🥇
And then it got even better…
WE ARE YOUR Dreamfield Speedway 2026 Jr Slingshot SEASON POINTS CHAMPIONS!
I had so much fun tonight, learned a ton, and got to do what I love — race hard and WIN! ❤️🏁
A HUGE thank you to my mom, dad and my entire crew for never giving up and continuing to work until we figured this thing out. The hours you guys put in behind the scenes make nights like this possible.
A very special thank you to Russ Carpenter, Pat Murray, my Grandma and Grandpa Bret Belden for waiting for us in the garage last night for cake and a late night celebration, you guys are the best! Thank you for all of your continued support!
And of course, thank you to ALL of our amazing sponsors, family, friends, and supporters who continue to believe in me and this team. We truly couldn’t do this without you!

Race Recap 🏁
Friday night was definitely a fight from start to finish. We went out for our heat race and were still fighting the same issues we had the past few weeks. After we spun a couple times, we finished 3rd, which put us starting deep in the field for the feature.
We started 7th and got caught up in a first-lap incident with no caution coming out. After five laps, a caution finally came out, and that was our chance to regroup. We gained some spots, got to 2nd at one point. Unfortunately, coming to the white flag running 5th, we had contact with the car behind us. The car swerved, my hands came off the wheel, and our run ended with a 7th place finish.
Despite how the night ended, we secured the Friday Night Cage Fight Championship! 🏆 That makes all the hard work and heart break worth it.
A huge special thank you to Dan Slosek for staying late in the garage the night before race day and helping us get this car ready. Thank you to Mike Trautschold for helping us at the track with adjustments, and Travis Welch for working with us to try to figure out this car. And thank you to everyone who puts time into working on this car and making these nights possible.
Most importantly, thank you to all of my sponsors for believing in me and supporting this team. I truly couldn’t do this without every single one of you.

Race Recap 🏁🩷
Sorry for the lack of posting we have been very busy in the garage!🏁🩷💪
What a night at the track! 🏁
We started the night on the pole for our heat race, but unfortunately the car was extremely tight right from the start. I was struggling to get the car to turn and eventually got to the point where I could barely steer it the way I needed to. We finished 3rd in the heat, but we knew we had some work to do before the feature.
We headed back to the trailer, made a few adjustments, and worked on getting the car to turn better and give me a little more control. After making those changes, we felt a lot better about the car heading into the feature.
For the feature, we started 3rd and were looking to have a strong run. Unfortunately, we got caught up in an early-race caution on lap 2. We were able to restart 2nd and had another chance to fight our way toward the front.
A few laps later, we got spun around, but unfortunately, there was no caution pulled, so we had to keep going and fell back from the rest of the field. It definitely wasn’t the way we wanted the race to play out, especially after starting up front, but I kept fighting and didn’t give up.
After everything we went through during the feature, we were able to finish 3rd in the feature after starting 3rd. It wasn’t exactly the night we wanted, but considering everything that happened, I’m proud of how hard we fought until the checkered flag. 💪🏁
There is still plenty to learn and plenty to work on, but nights like this only make us want to come back stronger. We’ll take what we learned, keep working on the car, and be ready for the next one!
A HUGE thank you to all of my sponsors for everything you do to help make this possible. None of this would be possible without the people who support me, believe in me, and help keep me on the track.💗
Thank you to my family, crew, sponsors, and everyone who came out and supported me tonight. We may not have gotten the finish we were hoping for, but we’ll keep pushing, keep learning, and keep chasing that checkered flag. 🏁
3rd in the heat.
3rd in the feature.
Time to get back to work. 💪🏁

Schedule Update 🏁
Unfortunately, we won’t be racing this weekend.
Dreamfield Speedway has a scheduled week off, and we had been looking forward to heading over to Utica-Rome Kartway. We’re definitely bummed to hear that the kartway has cancelled the remainder of the 2026 season.
This one is tough for our family. My Grandpa Bret has raced at Utica Rome Speedway for years, and the kartway is where my own Slingshot racing journey began. Some of my best memories have been made there, and we were really looking forward to getting back on the track this season.
While we’re disappointed we won’t get that opportunity this year, we’re hopeful that 2027 brings the opportunity to get back and gives us the chance to race where it all started.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support Alexis Porter Racing. We’ll keep working, keep learning, and be ready for our next race. We can’t wait to see everyone back at the track soon! 💗🏁

🏁 Race Recap! 🏁
Sorry for the lack of updates… it’s been a busy couple weeks in the garage and this week isn’t looking any easier.
It definitely didn’t happen the way we wanted, but we’ll take it! We were officially awarded the Feature Win after a post-race penalty was issued to another competitor. A win is a win, and we’re proud of everyone who helped make it happen! 🏆💗
The crazy part? I raced the entire feature with the left rear tire going down until it was completely flat… on all four sides! 🤣 I guess it got tired of holding the car up!
We’ve been chasing some gremlins after losing a motor last week, and the crew has been working nonstop trying to get this car back where it belongs. The last couple of weeks they’ve put in countless extra hours, and I can’t thank them enough for never giving up on me or this race team.
The car was definitely better this week, but it’s still missing something . We’ll keep working, keep learning, and keep getting better every time we unload.
A huge thank you to my family, crew, GMC Speed, sponsors, supporters, and everyone who cheers me on every week. Your support means the world to me, and none of this would be possible without you.
See you all next week! 💖🏁 #81

🏁 IT’S RACE DAY!! 🏁
The wait is finally over… we’re headed back to Dreamfield Speedway tonight! 💜🤍🏁
The crew has been hard at work all week going through the car from front to back. We found a few things that needed attention, made some changes, and we’re hoping they turn into a little more speed when it counts. You never stop learning in racing, and that’s exactly what we’ve been doing.
No matter what happens tonight, we’ll give it everything we’ve got, have some fun, and keep chasing that checkered flag! 🏁
A huge thank you to my incredible crew for all the late nights in the garage, and to my amazing family, fans, supporters, and sponsors for believing in me every step of the way. None of this would be possible without you!
See everyone at Dreamfield Speedway tonight! Come by the pits and say hi! 💜

🏁 Race Recap – Dreamfield Speedway 🏁
Started 4th… Finished 4th.
Not quite the result we were hoping for, but that’s racing. We had a really fast car all night and felt like it was better than the results. A few things didn’t go our way, and sometimes that’s just part of the game. You can’t control everything, but you can control how you respond.
We’ll take what we learned, keep our heads up, and come back even stronger next week. Every lap is another opportunity to get better, and we’re proud to keep gaining experience.
A huge thank you to Dreamfield Speedway and all of the officials for putting on another night of racing. Congratulations to tonight’s winner Carson Luke Racing and everyone who battled hard out there.
Most importantly, thank you to my amazing family, crew, friends, fans, supporters, and sponsors. Your encouragement means everything, and I couldn’t do this without you. 💜
