I shared a story from Zambia with American children. Their response surprised me.
Recently, I had the privilege of speaking to children ages 3 to 14 Bethesda Church about the love of God, some of the orphans & vulnerable children we serve through Luketekelo Family Foundation
I expected them to listen.
What I didn't expect was how deeply they would care.
They asked questions.
They showed concern.
They wanted to understand what life was like for other children thousands of miles away.
And then came the question that touched my heart:
“How can we help?”
In that moment, I was reminded that children may be young, but their hearts are capable of incredible compassion.
We spend so much time teaching children how to read, solve problems, and how to be successful adults. These things matter.
But let's also teach them to notice others, care, give, serve, and understand that they are never too young to make a difference.
I went there hoping to plant a seed.
I left realizing that many of those little hearts were already fertile ground.
Imagine the kind of world we could build if we nurtured compassion in our children as intentionally as we prepare them for success.

Today, I'd like to reintroduce myself and share the mission that drives everything I do.
Hello Facebook Family,
My name is Memory Grace Hector, CEO of Woman of Difference Group LLC, registered in the USA 🇺🇸.
Many people have known me through different seasons of my life—as a miner, farmer, entrepreneur, fashion designer, mother, founder, author, and advocate for vulnerable children and families.
The work I do today was not born in a classroom.
It was born through life's challenges, personal healing, faith, and a deep desire to understand why people think, feel, and behave the way they do.
Through my personal experiences, the study of psychology, my certification as a Professional Life Coach, and years of studying human behavior, I help people understand the patterns that shape their lives, leadership, relationships, and results.
This journey led me to create the R.O.O.T.E.D. Framework:
• Restoration
• Ownership
• Order
• Transformation
• Empowerment
• Deployment
In 2025, with the support of my husband, I officially registered Woman of Difference Group LLC, a company dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and reach their full potential.
I am also passionate about creating opportunities for vulnerable children and families through Luketekelo Family Foundation . I believe transformation changes not only individuals but entire communities.
My mission is simple:
To help people understand themselves, heal, grow, lead, and become the person God created them to be.
What is one area of your life where you are currently focused on growth and transformation?
