I shared a story from Zambia with American children. Their response surprised me.

Recently, I had the privilege of speaking to children ages 3 to 14 Bethesda Church about the love of God, some of the orphans & vulnerable children we serve through Luketekelo Family Foundation

I expected them to listen.

What I didn't expect was how deeply they would care.

They asked questions.

They showed concern.

They wanted to understand what life was like for other children thousands of miles away.

And then came the question that touched my heart:

“How can we help?”

In that moment, I was reminded that children may be young, but their hearts are capable of incredible compassion.

We spend so much time teaching children how to read, solve problems, and how to be successful adults. These things matter.

But let's also teach them to notice others, care, give, serve, and understand that they are never too young to make a difference.

I went there hoping to plant a seed.

I left realizing that many of those little hearts were already fertile ground.

Imagine the kind of world we could build if we nurtured compassion in our children as intentionally as we prepare them for success.

Before the titles, there was a story.

Today, I can introduce myself as a founder, author, wife, leader, and child of God.

But those titles don't tell you about the road that brought me here.

Before them came seasons I never would have chosen, homelessness, stillbirth, rejection, abandonment, teen motherhood, job loss, and many others.

These seasons challenged me, shaped me, and taught me lessons I now carry into the work I do.

Life has taught me that our experiences can shape how we think, how we respond, how we see ourselves, and ultimately who we become.
But what we go through does not have to define where we end up.

Sometimes, the very things we thought would break us become part of what prepares us for what comes next.

This is my story. And perhaps somewhere in it, you'll recognize a part of yours.

1️⃣ She struggles to trust people, even those who have done nothing to hurt her.

2️⃣ She overthinks small changes in behavior because she expects abandonment.

3️⃣ She confuses attention with love.

4️⃣ She constantly seeks reassurance because she doubts her worth.

5️⃣ She feels responsible for fixing everyone else's problems.

6️⃣ She ignores red flags because being alone feels scarier.

7️⃣ She keeps repeating the same relationship patterns and wonders why the outcome never changes.

The truth is Unhealed wounds do not just affect how we feel.

They affect how we choose, trust, communicate, and love.
Healing is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming aware of what is driving your behavior.

Today, I'd like to reintroduce myself and share the mission that drives everything I do.

Hello Facebook Family,

My name is Memory Grace Hector, CEO of Woman of Difference Group LLC, registered in the USA 🇺🇸.

Many people have known me through different seasons of my life—as a miner, farmer, entrepreneur, fashion designer, mother, founder, author, and advocate for vulnerable children and families.

The work I do today was not born in a classroom.

It was born through life's challenges, personal healing, faith, and a deep desire to understand why people think, feel, and behave the way they do.

Through my personal experiences, the study of psychology, my certification as a Professional Life Coach, and years of studying human behavior, I help people understand the patterns that shape their lives, leadership, relationships, and results.

This journey led me to create the R.O.O.T.E.D. Framework:

• Restoration
• Ownership
• Order
• Transformation
• Empowerment
• Deployment

In 2025, with the support of my husband, I officially registered Woman of Difference Group LLC, a company dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and reach their full potential.

I am also passionate about creating opportunities for vulnerable children and families through Luketekelo Family Foundation . I believe transformation changes not only individuals but entire communities.

My mission is simple:

To help people understand themselves, heal, grow, lead, and become the person God created them to be.

What is one area of your life where you are currently focused on growth and transformation?

One of the most repeated messages throughout the Bible is:

"Do not be afraid."

God knew that fear would visit our hearts often.

Fear of failure. Fear of rejection. Fear of loss. Fear of the unknown.

That is why, throughout Scripture, He continually reminds us:

"Do not be afraid, for I am with you."

If God repeated this message so many times, perhaps it is because He knew we would need the reminder again and again.

Today, whatever you are facing, remember this:

Fear may knock on your door, but it does not have to make decisions for your life.

Trust God. Take the next step. And keep moving forward in faith.

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." — 2 Timothy 1:7
