High-protein beef bowl π€
You need:
Sweet potatoes ground beef low-fat cottage cheese or greek yogurt
hot honey or honey + cayenne pepper
Salt
Pepper Paprika
Taco seasoning
Cinnamon
Olive oil
Quest protein chips
Prep :
Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
Roast the sweet potatoes:
* Place the cubed sweet potatoes on a baking tray.
* Spray with olive oil and season with a little salt/pepper/ cinnamon
* Roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
Cook the ground beef:
* In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil.
* Add the beef and cook until browned (about 6-8 minutes).
* Drain excess fat if needed.
* Add the taco seasoning, stir, and let it simmer for a couple more minutes.
Create your home-made hot honey sauce :
* Mix honey and cayenne pepper.
Assemble the bowl:
* In a bowl, add the roasted sweet potatoes and the cooked beef.
* Add cottage cheese or greek yogurt.
* Add crushed protein chips
* Drizzle everything with hot honey.
* Chop the parsley and add it.
Save for later and enjoy! π€
