Awaken in the Heart of Costa Rica 🌿

May 1st – 7th, 2027

The jungle is calling… and this is your invitation to answer.

Join me in the lush Costa Rican rainforest for a transformative 7-day yoga retreat in partnership with TourHero. Together we’ll slow down, reconnect, and create space for profound personal growth surrounded by the healing energy of nature.

✨ Your retreat includes:
🌿 Beautiful accommodations at Finca Luna Nueva Lodge, nestled in the heart of the rainforest
🧘🏾‍♂️ Daily yoga practices with me designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit
🥭 Fresh farm-to-table breakfast and dinner each day
🐒 Opportunities for cultural immersion and unforgettable jungle adventures with optional excursions you can add to personalize your journey

Whether you’re seeking renewal, adventure, community, or simply time to breathe, this retreat is an opportunity to awaken to the fullest version of yourself.

✨ Early Bird Special: Save when you reserve your spot by December 31, 2026—or until we reach capacity, whichever comes first.

Spaces are intentionally limited, and this retreat is expected to sell out.

Your transformation begins with one decision.

🌱 Don’t miss your awakening. Reserve your place today.

Part 2: The Teacher’s Approach 🧘🏾‍♂️

After getting humbled in Part 1 😅, I had to do what yoga teachers do… break it down.

Instead of chasing the full expression, I took it to the wall. That extra support changed everything. It gave me the confidence to slow down, find my alignment, and finally attempt the grab.

Sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t doing the pose—it’s finding the variation that lets you understand it.

The wall isn’t “cheating.” It’s a teacher.

Progress doesn’t always come from pushing harder. Sometimes it comes from adding the support you need to move forward.

What do you think? Do you use props and the wall in your practice, or are you team “just send it”? 😂
