Join us for the 11th Annual Charity Vyshyvanka Run 2026 as we celebrate the 35th Independence Day of Ukraine and honor the courage and resilience of the Ukrainian people.

This year, the Ukrainian Running Club New York, together with AidUkraineNow, is raising funds to purchase a drone for a Ukrainian artillery brigade, with remaining proceeds supporting the “Nadia” Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Lubny.

Цього року Український біговий клуб Нью-Йорка спільно з фондом AidUkraineNow збирає кошти на придбання дрона для української артилерійської бригади. Решта зібраних коштів буде спрямована на підтримку Дитячого соціально-реабілітаційного центру «Надія» у Лубнах.

A huge thank you to Bradford Goz for organizing another incredible Freedom Run aimed to bring awareness to Ukraine and leading us through the streets of NYC, sharing the history and significance of Ukrainian landmarks and buildings along the way. Your dedication to this community and this tradition is truly appreciated.

A special thank you as well to Jason Birchard, owner of Veselka :: Beceлкa 🫜 for hosting our group after the run to fuel back up with amazing food and drinks. It was the perfect way to celebrate together and continue the conversations. ⭐️

We are pleased to announce an online auction for a guaranteed entry to the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon, scheduled for November 1, 2026. The auction details are as follows:

**How to Participate:**

**Auction Terms:**
- Starting bid: $200
- Suggested bid increments: $50
The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be submitted to NYRR for the marathon entry.

**Important Details:**
This is a non-complimentary entry, meaning the winner will also be responsible for paying the official NYRR marathon registration fee:
- NYRR Members: $269
- Non-Members: $333

**Participation Requirements:**
To participate, you must be a member of Ukrainian Running Club New York (URC) and have URC listed as your club affiliation in your NYRR profile. If not already a member, registration with NYRR and selecting URC as your club affiliation is required.

**Supporting a Great Cause:**
All funds raised through this auction will be donated to Children of Heroes, supporting Ukrainian children who have lost one or both parents due to the war.

**Terms and Conditions:**
- The marathon entry is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Auction deadline: Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM (New York time) / 9:00 PM (Kyiv time).
The winner will be announced shortly after the auction closes.

**Additional Entries:**
If NYRR releases additional marathon entries to the club, the participant with the second-highest bid will also be offered an entry.

Our youngest at the Brooklyn Half Marathon. Of course they ran the shorter distance but they were definitely fast and furious 💨 Good Job! 👏🏻
