Spartan Sundays is a Christian recreational group that encourages healthy, active lifestyles and activites outside of the church walls.
Spartan Sundays is a weekly FREE 2 hour group workout in Brooklyn, NY that is created to get you in shape mentally and physically for various Mud and Road Races. We meet every Sunday from 9:30 am- 11:30 am in Park Slope, Brooklyn NY for our Sunday workouts and participate in various activities from Breast Cancer walks and 5K runs to the wild and crazy Spartan Races and Marathons. Challenge alert!!!
Happy 2022 Spartans!!
Better late then never. Here goes our challenge for 2022. It’s all about consistency. In conjunction with our friends at and their Project40, Let’s join in!!. This statement is as accurate as ever.
Small changes lead to big changes as long as your consistent. Take this month to create a foundation for the rest of the year. Not only running or working out or fitness. But things in life as well.

What plans do you have for 2022? Everyone takes time to write lists and resolutions. Time for the family brunch to discuss it.
Bring your plates to our Virtual Spartan Brunch on January 16th at 11am. We usually get started with a brunch to see everyone and talk and fellowship with each other. We have to move it to a Virtual platform.
Let's have fun, enjoy the time together, and listen to the new theme for 2022. We have Virtual Awards as well.
