Huge milestone today: Jessica Lupo is officially stepping into the field as a Soulseeker® Coach-in-Training.
Soulseeker coaching isn’t toxic positivity or generic “manifest your dreams” fluff. It’s evidence-based (ACT-informed) tools built specifically for chronic overthinkers, high-performing creatives, and humans who want clearer boundaries, less internal resistance, and the ability to make decisions without a four-day spiral.
Jessica has been doing the deep work. As part of her certification practicum, she is opening her calendar to a small group of practice clients for COMPLIMENTARY 1:1 sessions.
If you struggle with overthinking, procrastination or are a high performing professional who wants to test-drive this work with someone sharp, grounded, and trained in this framework, now is your window.
// HOW TO CLAIM A SPOT OR GET INVOLVED:
--> TO BOOK A PRACTICE SESSION WITH JESSICA:
* On Instagram: DM directly with the word “COACHING”
* On Facebook: Send a direct message right to me, and we’ll get you set up.
--> TO TRAIN AS A SOULSEEKER® COACH THIS SEPTEMBER:
We are opening up the next certification cohort for leaders and creative thinkers who want to get certified in this framework. Drop a comment below with "FALL" or send us a DM to join the early-interest list.
Huge congrats Jessica! -- so proud to have you out here doing this work.

INT. BEACH CAFE - MORNING
RUNE’S POV
A large, frothy mug of coffee rises against a stormy sky through the cafe window.
CRACK! Thunder.
Strobes of lightning flash across the sky.
Rune takes a swig. A white foam mustache.
She slams the mug down on a mismatched saucer with a clang.
A POSH PATRON at the next table gives her the side eye.
Rune swipes off the stache.
Her eyes widen.
NARRATOR (V.O.)
Eureka. She’s done it.
Purple ink-stained fingers scribble the words love, hate, poetry, s*x in a well-worn thick-papered notebook.
She taps the pen on her head, buried in thought.
The cafe door jingles.
Rune looks up from her notebook.
RICK, 42, hits the slick cement floor and skids. Arms flailing, he slides six feet toward the counter.
A battered copy of The Catcher in the Rye launches from the back pocket of his perfectly worn-in jeans and skitters across the floor.
Rick catches himself on the counter at the last second. He blows a rain-soaked chestnut brown lock out of his eyes and flashes Rune a smirk.
CRACK! Thunder.
Rune locks eyes with Rick. The pen between her lips is backward. Purple ink streams down the corner of her mouth.
Rick laughs and gestures to the corner of his mouth.

Where in your life are you passionate?
What does passion in action look like for you?
What does your passion say about what you stand for?
If you could name 3-5 values that fuel your particular passion, what would they be?

Boundaries aren't walls that keep others out—they're the framework that allows you to show up fully. To serve from overflow rather than deficit.

That inner critic you've been listening to? It's never created the growth you hoped for. Self-compassion isn't just kinder. Research shows it's actually more effective for lasting change.

I said: I am worried that the brutal honesty in our relationship is just that. Brutal.
They said: I'm unwilling to change that about myself. I like how straightforward and honest I am.
I said: Even if it has a negative impact on our relationship?
When I consider what I am willing to or unwilling to change about myself I have to think first about what kind of person do I want to be in the world and that includes how I want to be for other people.
Ideally, I want to assess what I value when it comes to a particular area of my life and then explore the cost of my choices and behaviors before acting.
A deep dive on your values (this is a quick exercise with deep results I can guide you through) can give you new insights about how you want to be in any scenario and also help you evaluate if you align with the potential outcomes of your choices.
When you act like this, you can't go wrong. There are no wrong turns.
Only you, making your best choices by being the person you want to be for yourself and other people.
XO, Lacy

Sensitive leaders change the game. They read rooms, sense undercurrents, and intuit what others miss. It's not your weakness—it's your edge.
