I haven’t played on my hands in a minute! I feel like this winter has been go, go, go! Spring into summer, I’m trying to get back to ME!

Doing things that bring me joy! I vow to continue to work on myself and give myself grace while I do so!

Okay this was a bit of a challenge but I got it!

Weekend recap from our Arm Balance + Inversion Workshop!

We focused on building strength in the forearms, wrists, and back! The foundation needed for a safe and confident inversion practice.

We worked toward:
• Crow Pose (Bakasana)
• Crow to Tripod Headstand (Bakasana → Sirsasana II)
• Jump backs from Crow

Whether you were brand new or refining your practice, there was something to explore at every level!

We also spent time on:
• Headstand (Sirsasana)
• Tripod Headstand (Sirsasana II)

Breaking down multiple entries and building strength in our core to get our legs up.

We closed with Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana), emphasizing proper arm placement and how it changes everything in the pose.

Strong foundations. Smart progressions. And a whole lot of upside down fun 🧘🏽‍♀️
