Fit, Fabulous and Fifty Plus

I ran the New York City marathon in 2018. It was on my bucket list for things to do when I turned 50. When I tell you…I put it in the universe and it appeared. I was so grateful. I was not a runner at the time yet my love for running developed as a result of my commitment to running the marathon. Running 🏃🏾‍♀️ the New York City Marathon has been one of my most favorite accomplishments. Stay tuned….

today was the New York City Marathon. I taught my classes and then went to go support the runners and particularly a friend of mine.
and it was so exhilarating and exciting to see all the runners and I was reminded why I enjoyed my actual marathon run in 2018. So I think I got the bug. Maybe you’ll see me next year.‼️
Congratulations to my sister friend, and to all the runners. What an amazing feat complete the New York City Marathon. Have a good night everyone ❣️
