We’re over the moon to share that our institute has been awarded two grants this year—one for performance and one to power our ongoing operations.

✨ International Dance Day is in two days and we celebrated it yesterday in the most beautiful way! ✨

We were invited to present pure classical Kuchipudi and Kathak performances and share the stage with incredible Indian classical dancers from across the USA. What a joyful, inspiring experience this has been. We are honored and we loved every moment! ❤️

Our creative director and instructor, Dr. Neela Zareen, being honored by the President of Queens Borough, honorable Mr. Donovan Richards 🙂

We presented an afternoon of Indian classical dance performances at the NY Hall of Science Museum ♥️♥️♥️
We not only danced, but our creative director, Neela, also gave a brief talk regarding the role of neuroscience in dance ♥️

Diwali celebration at NYC Public School 🪔
Presented a Kathak performance and interactive lecture-demonstration to NYC Public School students in Rego Park, introducing Indian classical dances to pre-K through 5th grade learners. Joined by Bharatanatyam dancer Rama Balachandran, we offered a glimpse into two rich traditions. Thank you, Avani Parikh, for opening this door. Sharing my art is always a gift ♥️
