The mental shift always comes before the physical one.
Most people never get there. They stay in the guessing phase for years buying healthy food, making healthyish choices, hoping it adds up to something. It never does.
She got past that in 48 hours.
No substitutions. No waiting on motivation. No “well this looks healthy so it’s probably fine.” Just ex*****on.
That’s the difference between someone who’s gonna lose it and someone who’s gonna lose it and keep it off.
Proud of her already 🦾
DM me BLUEPRINT if you ready to stop guessing.

You already know how tomorrow goes.
You’ll wake up with good intentions. Then a call comes in. The kid needs something. You didn’t sleep well. And by Tuesday, that fresh start is just another thing you meant to do.
That’s not a character flaw. That’s just how tomorrow works. Tomorrow has never been on your side.
Today is the only day you have any control over.
Twenty two years of coaching people through their 40s, 50s, and 60s and the ones who actually changed never started on a Monday. They started on an ordinary afternoon when they were tired, unmotivated, and had every excuse available to them.
They just decided the excuse wasn’t worth what it was costing.
So do one thing right now. Walk. Train. Prep your food. Put your gym clothes by the door. It doesn’t have to be impressive it has to be today.
Because the person you keep planning to become is only ever built in the next hour.
Never tomorrow.
Look at this photo.
Nobody in it is sitting anything out.
That’s not luck, and it didn’t happen by accident. It started with two adults who got tired of putting themselves last and decided to actually do something about it.
Here’s what they didn’t expect: their kids were watching the whole time.
Kids don’t absorb what you tell them about health. They absorb what they watch you do, every single day, without you saying a word. In this house, what they see is two parents who train, who show up, who don’t sit anything out.
So now neither do they.
The ski slope. The water. The beach. Camp. Everywhere. This entire family moves through life like their bodies are assets instead of obstacles because that’s exactly what they made them.
Every parent says they’d do anything for their kids.
This is what it looks like when someone actually means it.
Comment BLUEPRINT and let’s build it for your family too.
Last September, she started the Blueprint.
This September, almost a full year later, she’s still there. Same progress. Nothing crept back.
Here’s why that actually matters: she did this at an age where most women are told it’s basically impossible. Hormones are shifting. Metabolism is “supposed” to slow down. Everyone around her has a story about how their 40s and 50s made it harder, made it permanent, made it a losing battle they eventually just accepted.
She didn’t accept it.
Not because she found a magic trick her hormones don’t apply to. Because she learned the actual skill how to eat, how to train, how to live in a way that works WITH her body at this stage of her life, not against some 25 year old’s playbook. That’s the difference between a plan and a skill. A plan assumes your body stays the same forever. A skill adapts as you do.
Almost a year later, she’s living proof that “it’s just my age” was never the full story. It was just the story nobody had corrected yet.
If you’ve been told the same thing about your body comment BLUEPRINT. Let’s find out what’s actually true for you.
Do the work. Feel the shift. Become the person you kept saying you’d be.
Rose proved it takes less time than you think.

Some days the plan is just: get outside and see what happens. That was Sunday. No agenda, no timer, no target to hit just me, the bike, and whatever showed up along the way.
Rode through a little bit of celebration I wasn’t expecting. Learned some things about this area I’ve probably driven past a hundred times and never noticed. Ran into a business owner putting in real work to build something for people like me who ride. Empire State Bike Shop
None of that was on the schedule. It just happened because I left room for it to.
That’s the part people miss about rest days they load them up with rules, or they empty them out completely. I’d rather leave the day open enough that something unplanned can find its way in. A conversation. A piece of history. A new spot to check out later.
Here’s what Jordan said that I think everyone needs to hear: Everyone should hire a coach at least once in their life. Not because you can’t figure it out alone. Because you were never supposed to have to.
She doesn’t do that anymore. She just shows up. Someone else carries the strategy. She carries the effort. That split is the entire difference.
And somewhere in the process, she learned more about her own body than she has in years of trying alone. That’s the part that actually lasts. The body changes. The understanding stays forever.
If you’ve been white knuckling this by yourself Googling at midnight, restarting every few months, doing the math in your head with nobody to actually talk it through with this is the sign you’ve been waiting for.
You were never supposed to carry this alone.

At some point, a lot of people stop asking what their body is still capable of.They simply begin adjusting their life around what it can no longer do.
They avoid the stairs.
Sit out the activities.
Watch from the sidelines.
And call it “getting older.”
Vince is choosing a different direction.
In his sixth decade, he is running, swimming, biking, lifting over 300 pounds and landing on a 30 inch box at an age when many people are afraid to leave the floor.
Not because he is lucky.
Because he trains with intention, eats with structure, and treats his health like something worth protecting. Most people are not lacking effort. They are operating without a system training blindly, eating “healthy” blindly, and hoping it somehow creates the future they want.
You can replace your car.
You can move into another home.
But you only get one body to carry you through every decade ahead.
Treat it accordingly.
