Healthy posture is supported by a balance of strength, mobility, and body awareness—not simply sitting or standing up straighter. 🌿
Props can provide valuable support to build towards the full expression of these poses:
1) Place a folded blanket beneath your pelvis in Cobra or Locust to reduce pressure on the hips.
2) In Bridge Pose, rest your sacrum on a yoga block to support the weight of your pelvis, allowing the muscles to relax while you gently open the chest and front of the body. 🧘

“We don’t sit in meditation to become good meditators. We sit in meditation so that we’ll be more awake in our lives. The more awake we are, the more we see our conditioning, and the more choices we have.” – Pema Chodron 🧘✨

Have you ever wondered what goes into making a hand-hammered singing bowl? 🔨✨
The process begins by melting copper and tin together to create bronze, which is then cast into ingots and rolled into round metal sheets. ✨
The sheets are then heated until red-hot and repeatedly hammered by hand. This cycle of heating, hammering, and shaping can take several hours for a single bowl. 🔨
Once the desired shape and thickness are achieved, each bowl is refined, chiseled, sanded, and polished. This unique process leaves each bowl slightly different in shape and thickness, creating subtle variations in their sound. 🔔

💞”The most precious gift we can off others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers. To be truly present for another person is one of the greatest acts of love.” — Thích Nhất Hạnh 🌿

Indra Devi (1899–2002) was determined to share the practice of yoga with an international audience. After initially being denied acceptance into T. Krishnamacharya’s school, she persevered until she became his first female student. 💛
She believed yoga should support the unique needs of every individual, with an emphasis on breath, relaxation, and compassionate teaching. By honoring lineage while also making the practice more accessible, she helped shape the way millions experience yoga today. ✨🤍

Spirals appear throughout nature—from fern fronds and seashells to hurricanes, galaxies, and even our DNA. Unlike a circle, a spiral never returns to exactly the same place. 🧬🌀🌎
Many spiritual traditions use the spiral as a metaphor for the human experience. When familiar relationships, emotions, and lessons resurface, it doesn’t mean we’re moving backward. Growth unfolds in cycles rather than straight lines. Each return offers an opportunity to respond differently—with greater awareness than before. 🌀✨
Sound meditation offers a space to deepen that awareness. As the soundscape continually evolves, we’re encouraged to slow down, become fully present, and simply observe. 🤍
