Pessoas lindas: todas as quartas-feiras as aulas serão aqui em casa onde vou te ensinar a ficar mais forte, flexível, saudável e de bem com a vida. Vem aprender um novo lifestyle, aumentar a sua energia e vitalidade.
As aulas são em pequenos grupos no meu studio. O valor por aula é de $30 ou pacote para o mês por $100. (Este valor é promocional, cada aula individual minha custa $150, para quem deseja fazer particular).
Temos dois horários: 6pm e 7:30pm. Duração de 1 hora + bate papo sobre qualidade de vida. Todos convidados a chegar a partir das 5:30pm.

It's a beautiful Spring out there!
The 2017 season of DeRose Method classes in Central Park will run from May to August on Wednesdays 7pm!!!!
We will meet on Wednesdays at 6:45pm in front of Plaza Hotel and will find a spot inside the Central Park near 59th street & 5th Avenue to practice.
Teacher Marisol Espinosa will lead these classes in Portuguese and will charge $25/class or $100 for package of 5 classes.
The focus of May classes will be flexibility.
As this event depends on the weather, when it rains the class will be postponed to the next Wednesday.
You can bring your own mat to sit on the grass, but we have some extra if anyone needs it.
