Heartfelt, emotional wedding photography

Photos from Wild Hearts's post 07/15/2026

I do not pick favorites among weddings! However….. Sydney & Tommy’s day was epic beyond words and I am having a hard time picking photos for the feed to describe it. We’ll start here with some sweet sentimental snapshots from the morning as they got ready for their big day. I will definitely be posting more detail shots as we go through their wedding on here because everything was so well coordinated and beautiful together (wait till you see the colors)!

Some sweet reception snaps from Olivia & Chris’s wedding day! The details were beautiful but mostly everyone’s attention was captured by our newlyweds sweeping across the dance floor super in love and having an absolute blast!

It was such an honor to capture this gorgeous proposal in Ocean Grove yesterday. Vinny reached out to me about a month ago and we can up with the perfect plan. He was so excited and a little nervous, which was really sweet. Katryna had no clue it was coming and she didn’t even notice that I was following them walking on the beach snapping photos. When Vinny got down on one knee and she turned around and saw him, she absolutely lost it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more genuine heartfelt reaction to a proposal. She couldn’t stop crying and he just held her and kissed the top of her head.

Once the shock wore off, she was ecstatic and we had the most amazing time taking photos. As we were ending our session, we were chatting as we strolled onto the bridge from Ocean Grove to Asbury. I asked them where they had their first date and they told me it was in Brooklyn, walking across the Brooklyn Bridge together. It quickly dawned on us what a special full circle moment this was, from one bridge to another, and a new adventure starting for them. What a perfect evening and love story! ❤️❤️❤️

Individual portraits are always a beautiful added bonus to any wedding gallery, so you can remember exactly how you looked and felt the best you ever have ❤️

I could be super lame and chat gpt a cutesy caption about bridges and relationships, but I refuse to use AI to try to explain real human emotions to you. We stumbled on this adorable little bridge and park right near NJ Weddings, Events, & More and Olivia & Chris were down for an adventure. We piled into my Jeep and drove over for some quiet from the chaos and some romantic moments for our couple. This little side quest was the cherry on top a perfectly dreamy day 🩷

Reason number 453 I love a first look: you get to spend the whole day with your ride or die person just having fun and being relaxed and in the moment ❤️

I feel like sometimes hotels and ballrooms get a bad rap in the wedding industry, and in my opinion it’s more of reflection on vendors’ creativity (or lack thereof). Give me some window light and some privacy for my couple and we can make magic anywhere. The photos are about the FEELINGS, not the background. The emotions are my focus and I truly believe we can make hallways or alleyways or even parking lots look like the most romantic destination.

Olivia & Chris read the sweetest most sentimental vows to each other during their ceremony that had all of us tearing up. They talked about their relationship and growing together, and the overall theme for both of them was being each other’s rock and support system. Their love and admiration for each other was so obvious to everyone present and it really made their wedding ceremony extra special ❤️

This wedding reception was one of the wildest most fun ones I’ve ever captured. Valerie & Isaac really wanted to party and they brought the energy and their guests matched and exceeded it. They had everything from a sax player, to hand-filled cannolis, to a tshirt toss, to inflatable pink ponies, down to the perfect sparkler exit to end the night. This reception was one for the books!

Telling Valerie & Isaac’s love story through photos was super easy because of their chemistry. They both immediately relax and are lighter and happier in each other’s presence, and it’s so obvious to everyone around them just how deeply in love they are. It’s really special to witness and I want this kind of love for all my couples 🤍
