Come behind the scenes with us as we prepare for our Professional Performance at the Hearts In Rhythm Dance Dash (10/17)!

We’ve been hard at work honing in on our choreography, soaking in the music, and planning costumes…

Putting on a performance is a lot of (really vulnerable) work, but the final product can increase your confidence ten-fold! After performing we walk taller, speak with more authority, and feel so proud of all we’ve achieved.

We’re having such a blast working with our coach LeoMoraChristinaGarced to put together something really memorable for you - can’t wait to share it in person on October 17th!

One year ago today we were dancing outside at the Cape Gazette Fun Run event - the time has really flown by!!

One of our favorite aspects of dancing is that you can do it in any time or place, and it always feels better than sitting on the sidelines!
