Second HYROX class in the books! This crew (plus Dante who had to leave before the pic!) worked SO hard today and mastered the Farmer’s Carry and Sandbag Lunges! PROUD coaches over here! Class ended with a team relay and everyone was on FIREEEE!!! 🔥🔥🔥
