Newark Yoga Movement rocks! This 501c3 organization has taught thousands of children and educators
Since our October 2009 roll out, Newark Yoga Movement has been "stretching minds" to 32,000+ children in Newark and more than 5,000 educators, including the majority of the PE and Health teachers in Newark Public Schools. Each week through 100+ classes, NYM has over 2500 students smiling. The organization touches upon all venues to reach children, educators and caregivers including public schools,

Newark Yoga Movement is seeking caring, compassionate yoga instructors to teach in Newark schools and community-based programs throughout Newark and the surrounding area. We especially encourage instructors who live in or near Newark or are able to commute.
We’re hiring for both permanent teaching opportunities and our substitute instructor roster. Whether you’re looking for a consistent teaching schedule or the flexibility of substitute teaching, we’d love to connect with you.
