Another check-in. Still looking lean, despite eating lots of cakes and pastries this week. Some of them were very much protein based (will make a reel for the recipe). Measurements improved on my waist and shoulders. As always keep pushing, keep tracking my calories and macros, but still enjoying foods I like.

It is Sunday and that means weekly physique check! I have recently increased my calories as my recovery was a bit slow on certain muscle groups (legs). Sleep has been okay. Overall the week was good. Definitely progressing if I look at my lifts from a couple of months ago. As you get more advanced in lifting weights, progression becomes slower and slower, which can be demotivating. However, stopping is not an option and persistence and patience are the key. But one caveat here is that you need a smartly planned workout structure to follow, which allows muscle groups enough rest, a solid nutritional plan, and all of that being sustainably fit into your lifestyle. That’s what I help people with — to set them up for success, where instead of spinning their wheels in their efforts to build muscle, they start on the right path where their efforts count, because smart planning and hard work gets them to their goals.
