Another check-in. Still looking lean, despite eating lots of cakes and pastries this week. Some of them were very much protein based (will make a reel for the recipe). Measurements improved on my waist and shoulders. As always keep pushing, keep tracking my calories and macros, but still enjoying foods I like.

100% Vegan Meringue & 20g Protein 🌱🤍

Yes, you read that right — fully vegan meringue with 20g of protein per batch! Made with powdered egg whites, which are completely vegan and the secret to getting that perfect crispy, melt-in-your-mouth texture without a single animal product. 🙌

What you need:
28g powdered egg whites (vegan! 🌱)
1/2 cup of warm water
3/4 of a cup Swerve powdered sweetener
Half a teaspoon cream of tartar
Teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make it:

Dissolve the egg white powder in warm water, whisk well and let sit for 5 minutes. Beat on medium until no lumps, add cream of tartar, then increase to high speed until soft peaks form. Slowly add Swerve one tablespoon at a time until stiff glossy peaks form. Add vanilla and beat until hard peaks form. Pipe or spoon onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 200°F for 90 minutes (preheat the oven first), then turn the oven off and leave inside for another hour with the door closed. Take the out, cool them for another hour and then enjoy! It is Sunday and that means weekly physique check! I have recently increased my calories as my recovery was a bit slow on certain muscle groups (legs). Sleep has been okay. Overall the week was good. Definitely progressing if I look at my lifts from a couple of months ago. As you get more advanced in lifting weights, progression becomes slower and slower, which can be demotivating. However, stopping is not an option and persistence and patience are the key. But one caveat here is that you need a smartly planned workout structure to follow, which allows muscle groups enough rest, a solid nutritional plan, and all of that being sustainably fit into your lifestyle. That’s what I help people with — to set them up for success, where instead of spinning their wheels in their efforts to build muscle, they start on the right path where their efforts count, because smart planning and hard work gets them to their goals. Small weight. Serious burn. 🔥

This tricep isolation move hits all three heads with an incredible resistance profile — and you barely need any weight to feel it.

Here’s how to set it up:
↳ Set an incline bench low (70° to start, lower as you progress)
↳ Sit sideways so your armpit braces the top edge of the bench
↳ Extend your working arm slightly forward & lock your shoulder down
↳ Flex at the elbow only — upper arm stays completely still
↳ Go until the burn takes over

The key is shoulder stability and zero upper arm movement. Let the tricep do ALL the work.
