Another check-in. I have to say, I think I pretty much defeated hunger on my maintenance/slight deficit calories (due to physical nature of my work) and a secret sauce to that is adding fat to your every meal. For me personally at least 10g of fat drives satiation after each meal. Still same amount of fat per day, but distributed across all meals evenly.

I am working on a diet cheat sheet. So, keep your eyes peeled as I will be offering it for free. And as always if you need strong and educated guidance with your fitness hit me up. Have a great Sunday!

Grow your triceps with this overhead extension 💪

This variation challenges your triceps at the lengthened position — research suggests this is where a lot of the hypertrophy magic happens.

A few keys to nail it:
🔹 Keep your elbow locked in place, no drifting
🔹 Stay stable through the shoulder throughout
🔹 Control the eccentric to maximize that stretch

The resistance profile on this one is elite — your triceps stay under tension right where it counts. Save this one for your next tricep day and give it a shot 🔥

Which exercises hit your triceps hardest? Drop them below 👇

Keep leaning out with a slight calorie deficit. Really spacing out all my meals throughout the day to ensure I always attack hunger. Still managed to have a meal out, but the rest of my meals are cooked by me. I am on the go, so I bring my snacks and sometimes lunches with me. That allows me to stay in control what I put in my body and drives my recovery and gets me the body I want. No chances here, just planning and ex*****on, like with everything else in life. Nothing new here. BEAU By Sky Vargas next for this swimsuit, absolutely love the colors and how it fits!

If you struggle with nutrition part of your fitness journey hit me up! I helped multiple individuals to lean out, lose weight and build muscle, you could be the next I help!

Missed check in yesterday, as my day got busy. Here you go. This weekend I indulged a little as my ghrelin was getting high and hunger was becoming a constant battle, so I let myself extra to offset this. Strength has been increasing on all lifts, making some modifications to my workout, but nothing too drastic. Still building muscle as ever :)

If you want to build muscle but don’t know where to start or whether you are on a right track, DM me and I will send you FREE muscle building guide.

Have a great week everyone!

Spot the difference. To me it is minimal and almost non existent. Why? Because the more lifting experience you have the slower the gains. That does does not mean one should slow down, stop or contrary push for more. Some powerlifters have to put year of hard work to add 1lbs to their PR lifts.

For some it could be demotivating, but that’s when you start fine tuning your diet, recovery, sleep and ways you train at the gym. It is a marathon, not a sprint and having physique of your dreams takes dedication and hard work, there is no way around it, of course if that’s your thing.

I am still motivated as ever, to keep pushing and keep growing even if it is 50g of muscle a year. Makes it sound very precious ha! It is a fun and challenging journey and I am definitely up for a challenge and still hungry.

Another Sunday, another check-in. Cutting calories a bit as now I want to get a bit leaner, so hunger management is becoming more important. To do that, I am eating high volume, low calorie foods to keep me satiated for longer. Reducing processed foods and slightly dropping protein and prioritizing carbs and fats. Workout volume still the same, no changes. But tempted to re-introduce Bulgarian squats for an intense glute and hamstring activation.

I work collaboratively and am always open to shifting focus onto what’s currently more important to you.

I won’t shame or criticize you for missing workouts or not fully adhering to your calories or macros. I’ll work with you to find the best solution for your current life/work situation.

The workout plan is fully customized to your goals and your body. If something doesn’t feel right, or you simply don’t like some exercises, we change it.

On top of that, I provide nutritional coaching, because diet is 80% of your fitness success — so pretty important. I’ll teach you new habits: when to eat your protein and carbs, how much fat to consume, and I’ll help you develop strategies to meet your daily macro requirements even when you’re extremely busy.

One thing I ask in return: just work with me.

If you want a coach who listens, understands, is open to feedback, and works collaboratively with you — I’m that coach. If this post sparked your interest, please DM me or book a free discovery call via the link in my bio. Talk soon!

Even after eating that cake yesterday keep getting leaner. Just shows you that one indulgence is not going to show up in your body, unless you are doing it habitually with a high frequency. I actually gelt energized by all this sugar and was feeling satiated for the rest of the day. Had to skip some snacks as I was just not able to eat them.

Tried new poses, but posting just one of them. Hope you all had nice 4th of July and having relaxing Sunday morning.

If you are interested in getting leaner putting on muscle, breaking your plateaus, please reach out for online coaching or personal training.

I just ate a 6,000 calorie chocolate fudge cake. Here’s what actually happens next. 🍫

Most people think “6,000 calories in = 6,000 calories stored as fat.” Not how it works. Let me break it down:

🔥 Thermic Effect of Food (TEF)
Digesting food costs energy. Roughly 10% of what I just ate — about 600 calories — gets burned just processing it.

⚡ Glycogen Replenishment
I trained today, so my glycogen stores are sitting about 20% depleted. Some of these calories go straight into refilling that tank — not into fat storage.

📊 The real math:
6,000 → minus TEF → minus glycogen refill → ~4,600 calories left that could end up as fat.

✅ The fix:
Drop into a 500 calorie/day deficit, and that surplus is fully offset in 8-9 days.

No panic. No starving tomorrow. Just math.

This is the difference between fear-based dieting and understanding your metabolism. Save this post for the next time you “mess up” — you didn’t.

**2019 ➡️ 2026. Same person. Completely different approach.** 💪

I wasn’t a beginner when I started taking muscle building seriously in 2018. I was training 6 days a week, 2 hours a session, following every trend — and had absolutely nothing to show for it.

Endless bulk and cut cycles. Zero physique changes. Pure frustration.

Everything shifted when I stopped chasing trends and started studying the actual science behind muscle building and nutrition.

Turns out? The fundamentals are far simpler than most influencers want you to believe. But you still need to *understand* them — and know how to adjust as you go.

That’s exactly what I do for my clients. 🎯

✅ Personalized workout plans built around what actually works
✅ Nutrition dialed in to fuel your training — not fight it
✅ Pitfalls identified before they cost you months of progress
✅ Real accountability and support every step of the way

I don’t follow trends. I follow research and proven principles.

100+ clients coached. Real results. Real transformations.

If you’re tired of putting in hard work and wondering why nothing is changing — let’s fix that. 📩 DM me or book a free consultation via the link in my bio.
