Instead of traditional pizza sauce, I enjoy using beets as my sauce which will make way for a unique spin on this simple classic

- 2 to 3 large beets, boiled ahead of time, de-skinned and then mashed. *I don't add anything to them. They have great flavor for a sauce.
- Pesto! Whether you are making your own, have some frozen from the bounty of last summer or grab a jar, I love adding this to pizza.
- Diced up Cauliflower
- Chopped Shallots
- Mozzarella House cheese
- Cabot Creamery Co-operative Shred Cheese
- Uncle Nick's Pizza Crust

*all these ingredients can be found in The Farm Store! Yes! Including the pizza crust (which is conveniently gluten-free)
