Our mission is to assist people in prison, their families and formerly incarcerated persons.
CPR was created to inform, organize and bring to light all aspects of the prison industrial complex as it affects our communities, families and people in prison.

Claudette Spencer meets Karriem Richardson for the first time as he takes a break from his classes at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Claudette made it possible for him to be the first person to participate in Educational Release as part of the DOCCS Temporary Release Program.
