From the outside, people see the crowd, the entertainment, and the finished event.
What they don’t see are the planning calls, setup days, travel schedules (and inevitable transit delays), rehearsals, last-minute pivots, and approximately 847 tiny details that somehow need to come together at exactly the right time. 😅
The best events feel effortless.
Trust us, they’re not.
That’s part of what makes this industry so much fun! No two events are ever the same, and there’s always a new opportunity and challenge waiting around the corner.

Most people only see the finished event.
What they don’t see are the months of planning, sourcing, logistics, production meetings, vendor coordination, setup days, cue sheets, music playlists, problem-solving, and last-minute pivots that happen before doors even open. 😅
This week we’re behind the scenes helping prepare for an upcoming event with the , and it’s a good reminder that the best events rarely happen by accident…
They’re built with a good team in place, one detail at a time. 🎬

Meet Scott — founder & CEO/CXO of Jigsaw Entertainment!
(Chief Executive/Experience Officer) 🫡🏟️🎬
What started as a passion for performance and live entertainment turned into a career spanning more than 25 years in sports entertainment, event production, mascot performance, and experience design.
In 2013, Scott founded Jigsaw Entertainment with one goal:
Create unforgettable live experiences that connect with audiences and leave a lasting impact.
Since then, Jigsaw has worked with clients around the world across sports, entertainment, and live events - bringing big ideas to life through creativity, storytelling, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes problem solving.
Fun fact: Scott got his start in sports entertainment as a collegiate mascot (Go Hogs! 🐗) before spending 15 years performing professionally for NFL and NBA teams. Along the way, he became a certified stuntman and has performed all over the world — from arenas and live stages to stunt driving and even walking circus tightropes.
If there’s one phrase that sums Scott up best, it’s probably:
“The answer is yes… now what’s the question?” 😂👀
Around here, no challenge is too big, no idea is too ambitious, and no event is ever “just another show.”
