See you all tomorrow!
"Try to conserve as much energy as you can at the start." Wise words from local Chris Prendergast. He'll be back at it on Saturday as one of our favorites for the Pro1/2/3 race.
Register on BikeReg until Friday at Noon EST.
Last year's P123 15-18 junior race (AND Pro123) winner, junior Cormac Nagle, wowed them all by launching a HUGE winning move from the combined field. He took the win by 6 seconds over P123 winner Patrick Dicus from Big Hit Racing. We can't wait to see who brings their A game on Saturday!

We’re only 11 days out from the Tokeneke Road Race! Never done it? This race has 22 miles and 2200 feet of elevation encompassing some of northern Connecticut's finest rolling hills, epic climbs, and ripping descents.
The course starts out on rolling terrain, then takes you downhill before giving you some great views as you cross the Saville Dam. Prepare yourself, though, because once you turn right onto Beach Rock Road, the real climbing begins! You’ll hit the Beach Rock wall first, then the 181 stairstepper climbs, before some more rolling terrain. After that, there’s some recovery on the ripping descent down Route 20 at the top of the reservoir. Don't worry, the fun's not over as you have to hit the final climb hard at mile 19. Once you crest the top of that unforgettable climb, it'll be smooth sailing for about another mile until the finish line.
If you haven’t already, go register at https://www.bikereg.com/74503! You won’t want to miss this one.
