Can’t say how proud of these minions I am. Cooper had the best attitude and it really helped him shoot some strong ends and give a much higher ranked archer a run in the eliminations. Emily shot a personal best and broke 500 for the first time. Dallas got his groove back and showed us all he’s still got it. And Sachiko took the gold in one of the most exciting matches I’ve seen. I love watching them work hard and give it everything they’ve got. It’s not just about the medals. Love you guys.

So these two fine young men graduated HS recently. They were just boys when this photo was taken. I’m so proud of them. Can’t wait to see what they do next. Congrats Dallas and William!!

A lot of first this week for Emily. First outdoor tournament. First outdoor USAT event. First elimination match. First time shooting in insane winds. I can’t express how proud I am of her. This was without a doubt “trial by fire” and she handled it all with poise and the maturity of a much more experienced athlete. This is only the beginning. Congrats Em!!!
