Sexual harassment, in any of its form, violates and dehumanizes and has to be addressed with constant effort and action. Let us make our workplaces safe! Recognize, Inform, Educate!

SHG ideas are not very favored in Tibetan organizations because of the reason that it failed in past but that doesn't mean that it will fail again. It's a much needed and beneficial program if implemented with passion and great strategy.
