Don’t be afraid to let go of the tears you’ve been holding onto for years.

The cost of suppressing emotions is often far greater than the discomfort of releasing them. Stress, tension, grief, and unresolved experiences can live in the body, especially within our connective tissues, until they’re given space to move through us.

There are many paths to release, and tears are one of them.

We carry a lot, brother. The pressure to stay strong, keep pushing, and hold it all together can become heavy. But true strength also looks like allowing yourself to feel.

Know that you deserve to release when your body and spirit ask for it.

Love, and love alone.

It’s there to keep you safe, not small.
At some point, you have to decide:
am I being guided… or am I hiding?

Growth begins the moment you move with fear, not against it.
