🛑TW: ED🛑 It makes me sad the years I wasted trying to make myself smaller. Not just making my body smaller, my dancing smaller, my mind smaller, my existence smaller, my voice smaller. I felt like I should take up less space in the world. I know I’m not the only woman who’s been made to feel that way. It’s taken so long to get to a point where I recognize I want to be bigger. I want to grow my body and muscles (especially my butt 🤪). I want to recognize my talent that I’ve spent my entire life working on. I want to be louder and more expansive. I want to be filled with knowledge and share that knowledge. My worthy is vast and I deserve to take up SO much space, and so do you. Don’t make yourself smaller for other peoples comfort.
