Glutes workout🍑🍑
Try these glute focus exercises hitting the glutes Maximus, medius and minimus.
If you want to grow your glutes you need to put in enough force to activate and grown them.
They'll not grow with light weight. That goes for any lower body exercises.
Naturally, if your feel you can't go too heavy that day, adjust. I typically do DB RDL with 60 lbs. today, I wasn't feeling it, so I adjusted to 50lbs.
💪🏼Listen to your body, but challenge it for growth. By building lean mass, you'll also build bone density, which is essential as we age.
