Recorded this yesterday and was debating if to post it or not. 🤷🏽‍♀️
Here goes some encouragement for you to not give up when the tough days come.
Got up this morning and got 3 miles done. After not being able to get out of bed for my early morning runs.
The mental battle is real. 🙏🏽

15 days.
Stronger arms.
Stronger mind.
Stronger YOU.

What started as a challenge became a habit, and that’s the whole point.

Sometimes it’s the smallest things that redirect you. 🪨
On my birthday hike last Friday, I stopped to talk about something simple a pebble or leaf in my shoe.

That tiny thing in your fitness journey? Don’t ignore it. It might be trying to point you somewhere better. Whether it’s eating more protein, more calories or adding supplements.
Move more.
Pause when you need to.
Then keep going. 💪🏽
