It's good that the United States Golf Association - USGA is trying to adapt but this sets a dangerous precedent when the rules of golf are officiated by the participants not by an official. An inch here and there is NOT what the rules of golf are intended to provide competitive play. This new guideline takes slow-motion replay out of the game which is great but also may allow players to improve their position during play and that is unacceptable. 🤔
