After three years off from working FIT4U is back. I am looking for a few new clients...women of all ages...prenatal/postpartum and anyone in between. Starting today through January 31 for all new clients if you sign up for a package of 10 you will get one free session on top of the assessment session which is always free and if you buy a package of 20 you will get 2 free sessions plus the assessment session.
