I’ve found that a ton of woman deal with this problem. Yes it’s annoying and yes you have to work on it! But let me tell you what is effortless, putting on a pair of Light and Tights and instantly feeling that compression, that hold you in feeling, that instant reduction of the foopa. Back to keto basics!!!

So let me be perfectly honest! There are Instagram accounts which name is keto is easy or easy keto or something to that effect. In my honest opinion KETO is not easy! It requires an extreme level of discipline. I am a person that absolutely loves her bread but my body just doesn’t agree with it and it constantly reminds me of that when I fall off the wagon. So after starring at the mirror and disliking what I see, knowing that I could have made more progress if I stuck to my diet, I am once again embarking on this journey. Keto is hard but it works! The idea here is recognizing what works and what doesn’t. Carbs do not work for me. So here is to restarting again and again and god knows maybe again, but I won’t quit.
