Nobody regrets starting, but everyone regrets waiting.
Nobody is coming to give you more hours.
But there are two sitting right there. 4am to 6am. No kids awake. No emails. No noise. Just you and whatever you said mattered.
Most dads trade those hours for one more scroll at 11pm and one more snooze at 6:30. Then wonder where the time went.
Here’s how to actually become a 4:30am savage:
1. Accept that it sucks. It will suck tomorrow and it’ll suck in week three. You’re not waiting to feel like it. Feelings don’t get a vote anymore.
2. The morning is won the night before. Phone down by 9. In bed by 9:30-10. You don’t have a waking-up problem, you have a going-to-bed problem. Fix the input.
3. Don’t jump from 6:30 to 4:30 overnight. Move the alarm 10 minutes every few days. In two weeks you’re up an hour earlier and it never felt like a cliff.
4. Remove every decision. Pre-workout scooped in the glass. Clothes stacked by the door. Headphones on the counter. Your half-asleep brain should only have to execute, never think.
5. Protect your sleep quality like it’s part of the program. Screens off an hour out. Red light filter if you can’t. Magnesium + glycine + theanine + zinc before bed. You’re not sleeping less, you’re sleeping better and earlier.
The dad you want to be exists between 4 and 6am. He’s just waiting for you to show up.
Drop a 🌅 if you’re in for tomorrow morning. Save this for tonight.
Your kids deserve to see you in your prime. Do it for them.

Train Like A Father.
Seven fathers.
Seven stories.
One common mission.
From The Ground Up.
LET’S HAVE AN INCREDIBLE WEEK AHEAD 🤘🏻
Work. 6/1 - 6/7.
44 miles running
27 miles cycling
5 lifts
Feeling dialed right now. Fully embracing the hybrid training. Will taper mileage this week to the 30s and then start a 3-week block building to 50 miles. May peak at 48/49 just to not overdo it too quickly.
BUILD MODE.
Hope everyone had a great weekend. A new week of wins are ahead 🤙🏻
You should only be taking a handful of supplements.
Most are either filled with junk or are being peddled by someone overstating their effectiveness. Not to mention how expensive they are these days.
Creatine, fish oil, electrolytes, whey protein and a pre-workout (if you workout in the morning).
If most guys used to this stack, they’d be better off than 99% of the population. Better performance and recovery, leading to better health.
You don’t need to spend $100s of dollars a month on supplements. Pick a few, well-researched and science-backed supplements and spend the rest of your time dedicated to your daily routine, diet and training.
Happy to answer any questions 🤙🏻
