Working on my Mexican Handstand shape!!! It’s been a while but after coach told me I work my bridges I got my shape back quite fast. “She didn’t even know I could bend that way.”

Currently dealing with a few injuries but it could be worst. When dealing with injures I often say to try to train what doesn’t hurt or bother you in order not to lose progress. Take it one training session at a time
