ANCHOR KNOT

The Anchor Knot (AK) is designed to secure the mesh firmly to the sidewall while creating a strong starting point for the rest of the pocket. A simple knot that wraps around a diamond to lock it into place on the inside of the sidewall.

Best used:

First 3 knots on the sidewall starting at the top

When forming the channel 

Use it when:

You want to lock the mesh in place and prevent the pocket from shifting over time. Mainly used to increase the tension at the top of the head to create a nice gradual channel. A properly tied Anchor Knot creates consistency throughout the entire string job and ensures the pocket forms exactly where intended.

KSI : KNOTTED SPECIAL INTERLOCK

The Knotted Special Interlock adds an extra locking element to the SI connection point, creating more tension and reducing unwanted mesh movement. Helps specifically place diamond on the sidewall hole while pulling mesh to the outside - widening the channel for a smoother release.
