I didn't realize how precarious it would be to do this while holding my water 🤣

I've always been curious how other therapist and coaches start their week/day so I figured I'd start by sharing my own flow.

The whole process takes about 15/20 minutes, but if I skip it, I noticed I'm definitely much more disorganized and scattered throughout the day.
