Like at what point are we feeling like a fully embodied mamacita?!

Unprepared is one way to put it 🤣🤣

At 26 I have multi-six-figure business’s a real estate portfolio, twin boys, a marriage, and a body I am proud of through every single season of it.

Nobody handed me the blueprint. But there was one… and it started way before any of the money, the assets, or the life happened.

I never let my health be the thing I’d ā€œget back to.ā€ It was the first thing. Every time. Through every season.

Discipline in one area doesn’t stay in one area, it compounds. Into your confidence. Your output. Your standards. Your results. Your life.

Most women are waiting to feel ready, balanced, or less busy before they invest in themselves. I was pregnant with twins, running businesses, and still showing up. Not because I’m built different but because I made a decision at 18 that I’ve never walked back from.

That decision is available to you right now.

The question is whether you’re going to keep waiting or choose to be the woman who does it through everything.

I’m here when you’re ready for that decisionā¤ļøā€šŸ”„

Dane and Declan made their grand entrance 7/20/2026 and 7/21/2026 šŸ‘¶šŸ»šŸ‘¶šŸ»

I’m sharing this for any mom who is skeptical of a hospital birth or of using medication, or who has been told a c-section is her only route.

I was originally told to schedule my c-section for Monday. Then I got a call back saying I could actually try for a vaginal delivery with Twin A, with the option to turn Baby B, but there was no guarantee it would work. I took that. I chose to shoot for a vaginal birth knowing full well that everything I put into it could still end in surgery for the second baby if things went wrong.

Baby A came, they turned Baby B from the outside, and ten hours later he came too. No c-section.

I’m so proud of the woman I transformed into during this process and I would do it 1000x over. How beautiful to be able to fully trust your body & let go of control.

Nothing about it went the way I originally planned and it was still the best 48 hours of my life. If you’re being told what your body can’t do, please know that almost everything I was told wasn’t possible for twin moms ended up not being true for me.

33 weeks and leg day is still my favorite day šŸ¤°šŸ¼

I thought pregnancy would take away the things I loved about training. that I would spend the next 9 months doing modified baby workouts that felt like nothing and just waiting to get my body back on the other side.

that is not what happened.

the movements I loved before pregnancy are largely the movements carrying me through it

→ back pain that could have been debilitating is manageable

→ I still feel strong. not the same strong. a different kind of strong. the kind that comes from showing up consistently through something hard

→ my stability and balance have stayed intact even with 33 weeks of belly growing in front of me

→ mentally I feel like myself. and that has been worth more than anything

pregnancy does not have to mean body weight workouts only

Or giving up the things you love about training

it means learning which version of those things serves your body right now and trusting yourself enough to keep showing up

33 weeks in and I am still here doing the things I love

and my body is so grateful I never stopped šŸ¤

save this if you are pregnant and wondering what training can actually look like at this stagešŸ“

ā€œI already did a cut so I know what works for meā€ is one of the most expensive beliefs in the fitness space…

because when you go back in with the same macros and the same plan…

your body isn’t the same body 😭 (this was me back in 2024)

after a fat loss phase:
→ your metabolism has adapted downward
→ leptin dropped, ghrelin went up, your hunger signals are louder
→ your body has a fresh memory of restriction and it will fight you faster this time

plugging in the old numbers into my fitness pal doesn’t account for any of that.

the women inside who get to their second cut and think ā€œwait… this is actually working and I look DIFFERENTā€
it’s because of what happened in between.

we spent months in Phase 2.
building muscle. bringing the metabolism back up. supporting hormones. letting the body feel safe again.

so when we go back into a deficit, we’re cutting into a completely different body composition.
more muscle underneath.

a higher metabolic output to work with.
a body that isn’t already bracing for impact.
the result isn’t just ā€œI lost more weight.ā€

it’s a tighter waist.

a b***y that’s actually there now.

definition that wasn’t possible the first time around because the muscle wasn’t built yet.

your second fat loss phase can be the most exciting one you’ve ever done.

but only if you did the work between them.
that’s the arc. that’s the whole thing.

and it’s exactly what we build inside

not just one cut and done, but the full roadmap in the order that actually works. šŸ¤

DM me PHASE if you want to know where you are in this process and what’s actually next for you.
