We certainly love a good pizza themed party. Kristin and her family went all out including pizza pool floating. Congratulations to the bride and groom. 🍕 👰‍♀ 🍕 🤵💒 🍕 ❤️

First party of the 2026 Season with our new Chef shirts from Rosella in Borgetto. We couldn't be happier with them.

When I came to the US in 1985, I was only a child, yet only 4 years later started working in the pizza business with Uncle Nino. He was like a second father to me. He taught me everything I needed to know including using quality ingredients in the pizza. It is because of him that I started my own business 20 years ago.

Everything I know about pizza started with Uncle Nino in Oyster Bay. The garlic knots we make today… those came from him. His influence is in every dough we stretch and every oven we fire.

Just a week ago, I saw him on the streets of Borgetto, Sicily, during the celebrations of San Giuseppe. I was able to hug him and spend a little time together—something I will now hold onto forever.

And now he is gone.

I pray for peace for his family, his friends, and for all of us who were lucky enough to learn from him, laugh with him, and call him family.

Rest in peace, Uncle Nino. Your legacy lives on in every slice.
