The Palm Springs Masters Swim Team provides participants with the ability to focus their efforts in such areas as general fitness / wellness, competition, building endurance and stroke improvement. Those seeking an environment to train for a triathlon or open water swim would also find themselves at home in this program. The team’s professional coaches run structured workouts and activities at various levels based on individual abilities and what each person seeks from being a masters swimmer. Coaches provide knowledge, guidance, direction, encouragement and motivation on an individualized basis as the tenets of our coaching philosophy. Most importantly, we ensure program participants have fun and are motivated to continue their involvement in this lifelong sport. Although the Palm Springs Masters Swim Team is not considered an adult learn to swim program, it does offer opportunities for those seeking private instruction upon request.
