Boiler and boiler room upgrade. Customer requested a unit to save money on oil and more room storage. We delivered both 40-50% savings on fuel cost and compact size with the EK1 frontier model.

The average life of an oil tank is 20 years. Our customer finally decided to upgrade her tank and it was just in time before all 120 gallons contaminated the ground around her house. Not visible to the eye and when you see the leak it just maybe too late.

Ac season is in full affect. 15 year old R-22 system upgraded to new 16 seer 4 ton system. Only because and old system is running doesn’t necessarily make it good thing. You could be using twice amount of energy to heat/cool your house because the old system takes long to do its job.

Replacing a gas central heat and AC system, with Fujitsu’s 4 way ceiling cassettes. Making it a 3 zone heat pump system to maximum comfort with each space being able to maintain different desired temperature and for maximum efficiency. Low to no maintenance required.

Major transformation for this boiler room. Consolidated all that equipment into one Combi unit to provide heat and hot water with a significant savings on yearly operating cost.

Ripped out this monstrosity and replaced it. As well as cleaned up the piping and made the boiler actually serviceable.

New System upgrade, just in time to welcome the cold weather ahead. All while Cutting annual fuel cost by 40-50% .

2 ton Full central ducted system for top floor. Combined with a 18k wall mounted ductless system for whole house cooling capability. ❄️
