Ananda Shala Healing

ooftop yoga classes to her teaching schedule—expanding and strengthening the community she had already built by bringing them closer together. Come January 2021 and Ananda Shala Healing was born. It began as an initiative to host free bi-weekly community gatherings; attendants were encouraged to openly express themselves about their present circumstances in the same way Adrianna held community discussions with her students post-class. With the assistance of Co-Manager Kimberly Marcotte, Adrianna hosted the first of four continuing education workshops that Ananda Shala Healing will offer in 2021. Together, Adrianna and Kim are growing this light-filled community by adding more yoga class offerings and ways in which individuals can heal together virtually and in-person.
