Enjoying Bike Fest and ran into the future of Mountain biking!!

One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is getting to work with entire families. Today we had the privilege of teaching an awesome family of four—a mom, dad, and their two sons—and it was a reminder of why mountain biking is such a special sport.

Watching a family learn, laugh, encourage one another, and celebrate each other’s progress on the trail is something truly unique. Every family member was challenged, every family member improved, and most importantly, every family member had a blast doing it together.

In a world where quality family time can be hard to find, mountain biking offers an incredible opportunity to unplug, get outdoors, build confidence, and create memories that last far longer than a day on the trail.

Thank you to this wonderful family for trusting Summit Bike Academy to be part of your adventure. Seeing the smiles, high-fives, and excitement throughout the lesson made for an unforgettable day.

Join us October 2–4 at Bogue Chitto State Park for a weekend built around camaraderie, adventure, and the healing power of two (or Three)wheels.

Whether you’re a lifelong rider, brand new to mountain biking, or just looking to connect with fellow veterans, this weekend is for you. Expect organized rides, campfires, cookouts, great conversations, and plenty of time on the trails with an incredible group of men and women who have served our country.
