To enjoy a good class in home:
try to prepare your practice space as if you were attending class in a studio. Keep your phone away and turn off notifications. If possible, avoid music, television, or other background noise so you can get one of the most beautiful parts of this method, the subtle details and the signals coming from your body.
Set up an inviting space with your mat and any materials you may need. Let the people you live with know that you will be practicing for the next hour, and do your best to minimize interruptions and distractions. It is completely okay if interruptions happen, this is part of practicing at home. But the intention is to reduce them as much as possible so you can stay more present with your practice.
The most important thing is to create a healing environment that supports your practice, even with the challenges of being at home. These small preparations can make a big difference in your ability to settle, focus, and receive the full benefits of this practice.

Hello dear ones,
Students often ask me: How many times per week should we practice?
Within this method, there are at least two important goals: preserving the mobility, stability, and strength you already have, and reminding the nervous system what it feels like to pause.
A consistent and regular practice allows what normally remains hidden to gradually come to the surface. Each time we practice, we peel away another layer of the onion, making the deeper layers more available to us.
So what is the ideal level of consistency?
2–3 times per week
The minimum for maintenance, preserving what you have already gained.
3–4 times per week
A deeper practice becomes more accessible, and the benefits tend to integrate more fully. There is a greater influence on the nervous system and on long-standing patterns and restrictions (more on this later this month).
5–7 times per week
Deeper systemic effects begin to emerge, including greater emotional balance and a shift in perspective. A complete reset. Updating the software. Upgrading the hardware. Rebooting the system. Seeing the world through new eyes.
The key is not perfection, but consistency.
🙏 With gratitude,
Ale

You always listen Bruno and Ale repeating in class "Feel this area of your body, move this till you find "x" sensation, let your brain to reconnect to "Y" joint of specific area... All that has an important reason. There used to be a strong belief that the brain couldn’t really change after a certain age. For a long time, especially through the early 20th century, scientists thought the adult brain was basically “fixed,” meaning you were born with a certain number of brain cells and connections, and after childhood, that was it.
The Kaiut Yoga Method is very powerful for the brain precisely because it’s simple and intentional. When we move slowly and repeat small, controlled movements, it’s like we’re “waking up” parts of the brain that may have gone quiet over time, helping it better understand the body, where things are, how they move, and what feels safe. This happens because of neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to adapt and create new connections throughout life. With consistent practice, the brain starts reorganizing these internal “pathways,” which can reduce pain, improve focus, and bring a sense of calm.
So even when the "work" is subtle, what we’re really doing is giving the physical structure AND the nervous system a chance to reset and function more efficiently.

This is the first Easter we've decided to offer a Community Class. It just felt right.
As Easter approached, we found ourselves reflecting on why.
Easter symbolizes renewal, rebirth, and the beginning of a new cycle. In so many ways, life asks this of all of us again and again. We reinvent ourselves through a new career, a move to a new place, the creation of a family, becoming a parent, or the brave choice to begin again from zero.
Something about gathering in practice on this day feels deeply aligned with that spirit.
Yoga invites us into this same process of renewal.
Through practice, we gently deconstruct the old version of ourselves. We undo old patterns, unbuild what no longer serves us, and create space for a new reality to emerge. This is the heart of yoga: the willingness to look at yourself again and remember that change is always possible - and inevitable.
This Sunday’s Community Class is an invitation to begin that reinvention in the body: restoring mobility, unwinding tension and reconnecting with the possibility of feeling more balanced and whole.
We’d love to invite you to our complimentary Easter Community Class
this Sunday, April 5th at 10:00am CST.
Join us in our online yoga studio.
Our classes welcome everyone, whether you’ve been practicing with us for years, are completely new to yoga, or are simply curious to move and feel better in your body.
This free class is taught using the Kaiut Yoga Method, a therapeutic and science-informed approach to yoga that focuses on joint mobility, pain management, biomechanical health, and injury prevention. The practice is accessible to all ages, body types, and levels of experience, with simple poses (mostly on the floor), thoughtful variations, and support throughout the class.
By restoring nervous system balance and gradually unwinding the patterns that contribute to habitual stress responses, this method offers an artful solution to the challenges of modern life and its unique demands.
✨ What you may notice through this practice:
More freedom and ease in your joints, improved alignment, and a deeper awareness of how your body moves. Many students experience support in easing ongoing pain, better circulation, and reduced muscular tension. Over time, movement can feel more efficient and comfortable in daily life, while the practice encourages safer movement patterns that help protect the body. It can also bring a profound sense of calm, helping regulate the nervous system and support overall well-being.

As we celebrate International Yoga Day, it's valuable to reflect not only on yoga’s ancient roots but also on how it has evolved to meet the needs of our modern bodies and modern lives.
In today’s world, most of us are no longer climbing trees, sitting on the ground, or walking barefoot across varied terrain. Instead, we spend long hours sitting—at desks, in cars, or on couches. We rely on technology more than movement. Our bodies have changed, and with that change comes new challenges: stiffness, chronic pain, limited mobility.
Kaiut Yoga was developed with this reality in mind. This method recognizes that modern body often needs an adapted approach to maintain health, mobility, and freedom. Rather than focusing on flexibility or performance, Kaiut Yoga focuses more on the nervous system, joint health, and long-term functional movement.
It’s grounded in classical yoga principles but adapted to help individuals, no matter their state of health, to cultivate greater wellbeing, biomechanically and internally. Through simple, sustained postures and intelligent sequences, Kaiut Yoga helps us return to a more natural state of ease and resilience, even if we’re starting with stiffness or injury.
Yoga has always adapted to the needs of the time. Today, as the world becomes more complex and the pace of life increases, that means slowing down, going inward, and reclaiming movement as medicine.
May your practice continue to support you—not only on the mat, but in your daily life.
Thank you for sharing your practice and your presence.
With gratitude and respect,
🙏
Ale and Bruno
