The Vicious Cycle Of Body Image
How can you feel good about your body?
Here are 7 steps:
1. Grab your journal
2. Now ask yourself:
→What assumptions am I making about my appearance that I want to change?
“What do you mean by “assumptions”?
I mean those negative phrases some people use, like:
→If I don’t look beautiful, I feel like I look awful.
→If I don’t look perfect, then others will reject me.
→If people notice how awful I look, they’ll be disgusted.
→If I don’t change my appearance, then I’ll never be happy.
You just need to identify those assumptions you tend to use and write them down.
For example, let’s imagine Chloe.
Chloe’s assumption is this:
→“If I don’t look perfect, I look awful.”
3. Now ask yourself this double question:
→Where might this assumption have come from?
→Why is it still here?
For example, here’s Chloe’s answer:
“This assumption might have come from social pressures.
Especially by seeing those perfect images on social media.
It’s still here because those influences are strong – and I believe them for a long time."
4. Now ask yourself:
→What impact does this assumption have on my life?
Here’s Chloe’s answer:
“This assumption has a significant impact on my life because it makes me overly critical of myself.
I constantly compare myself to unrealistic standards.
And I feel bad if I don’t meet them.
It affects my confidence.”
5. Now ask yourself:
→In what ways is this assumption unreasonable, unrealistic, or unhelpful?
Because it’s not reasonable, real, and helpful, right?!
Great! Let’s see Chloe’s answer:
“This assumption is unreasonable because it sets an impossible standard.
Nobody is perfect!
And expecting perfection from myself is unfair and unrealistic.
It also leads to negative self-talk.
Sometimes I feel inadequate.”
6. Now it’s time to reflect deeply.
Ask yourself:
→What might be a more balanced and healthier assumption?
Here’s Chloe’s answer:
“Instead of believing that I have to be perfect to be acceptable, I wanna adopt this more balanced belief:
→Imperfection is part of being human
Beauty is subjective, and I am more than just my appearance!”
7. We’re doing a great job!
Now ask yourself:
→What can I do every day to make this assumption a reality?
Here’s Chloe's answer:
“I’ll start by challenging negative thoughts about my appearance.
I’ll remind myself that it’s okay not to be perfect.
I’ll focus on the things I like about myself.
I’ll also surround myself with positive people.
And I’ll practice self-care to boost my confidence.

The V.I.T.A.L.S. Method For Motivation At Work
How to stay motivated at work?
Let’s check out the VITALS method.
It helps us:
→ Stay motivated
→ Regulate our emotions
→ And handle stress at work
Let’s dive in!
1. V — Validate Yourself
First, take a moment to acknowledge what you’re feeling.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes.
Try saying to yourself:
→ I’m feeling stressed, and that’s totally normal
Just giving yourself permission to feel can be a game-changer.
2. I — Imagine Success
Now, close your eyes for a second.
Picture yourself handling your tasks calmly and confidently.
Imagine finishing that big project or having a great conversation with a colleague.
This mental image can boost your motivation.
There’s a reason why athletes use visualization — it works!
3. T — Take Small Steps
Break your work into tiny, manageable steps.
Instead of tackling a whole project, focus on just one part.
For example, if you’re working on a writing project, aim to write just one paragraph.
I know it seems obvious, but small wins add up!
4. A — Applaud Yourself
As you complete those small steps, celebrate your micro-wins.
Give yourself a little mental high-five.
Or just say, “Great job!”
How can we boost our confidence without those little “Great jobs”?
Each time we recognize our progress, we build momentum.
And confidence rises!
5. L — Lighten The Load
Here’s a helpful trick:
→ Look for small tasks you can knock out quickly
Maybe it’s sending a quick email — or just organizing your desk.
Clearing these off your plate can help you feel lighter.
It helps you stay focused on the bigger tasks.
6. S — Sweeten The Pot
Finally, think of a little reward for yourself once you finish your task.
It could be something like:
→ A short walk
→ A snack (healthy, of course!)
→ A few minutes of your favorite podcast
Rewards keep our motivation up and make work feel more enjoyable.
We deserve them, right?

The Ultimate Formula For Success
The only Success Formula you need:
Ideas + Ex*****on + Consistency = Success
All 3 components will lead you to success.
But remove one of them, and you'll fail.
↳ Without Ideas:
Sticking to the same old routines without seeking new ideas or innovative solutions can lead to stagnation and missed opportunities.
↳ Without Ex*****on:
Without ex*****on, even the best ideas remain mere concepts, and success remains out of reach. Delaying action can hinder progress and prevent you from reaching your goals.
↳ Without Consistency:
Starting and stopping frequently or lacking a steady pace of progress can result in lost momentum and hinder your ability to achieve significant results.
So it's crucial to support all 3 parts of this formula:
1) Ideas:
Foster creativity through brainstorming, research, and exposure to diverse perspectives.
2) Ex*****on:
Develop a bias towards action, break tasks into manageable steps, and learn from failures to iterate and improve.
3) Consistency:
Establish routines, set achievable goals, and stay focused on long-term progress rather than short-term results.
Success isn't just about good ideas, effective ex*****on, or consistency.
It's about blending all three into your strategy.

The Ultimate Formula For Motivation
The only Motivation Formula you need (backed by science):
Autonomy + Mastery + Purpose = Motivation
Money may not be enough to capture the attention of the brightest talent.
Instead, businesses should tap into greater motivators like autonomy, mastery, and purpose, according to motivation expert Daniel Pink.
All 3 components will boost you to new heights.
But remove one of them, and motivation may disappear.
↳ Without Purpose:
Without a clear sense of purpose, tasks may feel meaningless, leading to a sense of aimlessness and dissatisfaction.
↳ Without Mastery:
Without the drive to improve and master new skills, you may find yourself stuck in a rut, unable to progress or innovate in your work.
↳ Without Autonomy:
Without the freedom to make decisions and take ownership of your tasks, you may become overly reliant on others for direction and guidance, leading to a lack of initiative.
So it's crucial to support all 3 parts of this formula:
1. Purpose:
Encourage employees to align their work with their personal values and the company's mission, providing meaning and direction.
2. Mastery:
Offer continuous learning opportunities, challenging assignments, and constructive feedback to help employees develop and excel in their roles.
3. Autonomy:
Empower employees with decision-making authority, trust them to manage their own tasks, and provide flexibility in how they approach their work.
Motivation is not just about sudden bursts of inspiration.
It's not something to wait for.

The Ultimate Formula For Communication
The only Communication Formula you need:
Simple + Clear + Concise = Great Communication
All 3 components make you a great communicator.
But remove just one of them, and the formula won't work.
↳ Without Simplicity:
Communication becomes scattered and tangled. Messages may lose focus, making it difficult for recipients to grasp the main points, resulting in confusion.
↳ Without Clarity:
Communication becomes ambiguous and vague, with messages lacking definition or explicitness. This leads to uncertainty and misunderstanding among recipients as they struggle to interpret the intended meaning.
↳ Without Conciseness:
Communication becomes overly complicated and lengthy. When messages are verbose, they can come across as pretentious, indicating that the sender prioritizes impressing others over effectively delivering information.
So it's crucial to support all three parts of this formula:
1. Simple:
Ensure that communication is direct, avoiding unnecessary complexity or confusion.
2. Clear:
Ensure that messages are precise and unambiguous, leaving no room for interpretation or doubt.
3. Concise:
Keep communication concise and focused, delivering information efficiently without unnecessary detail or elaboration.
Of all the life skills available to us, great communication is the most empowering.
But only when it's simple, clear, and concise.

The Ultimate Formula For A Kind Leader
The ultimate formula every leader should know:
Empathy + Active Listening + Boundaries = Kind Leader
This formula works every time,
but only if every element is in place.
Remove just one, and it all falls apart:
📌 Without Boundaries:
↳ You can’t pour from an empty cup. Establishing boundaries allows you to care for your team without sacrificing your own mental and emotional health.
📌 Without Active Listening:
↳ To lead effectively, it’s crucial to not only care but also to actively seek out and understand your team’s perspectives.
📌 Without Empathy:
↳ Empathy adds the human element to leadership, allowing you to understand the emotional context behind what your team is saying.
With 89% of workers valuing kindness as a top priority at work,
it's clear that kindness isn't just nice — it's essential.
You won't find courses on how to be kind.
But you can learn it yourself.
Master these 3 essential skills 👉 to truly become a kind leader.

The Truth About Emotions
Emotions aren’t the problem—
Avoiding them is:
We’ve been taught to divide
emotions into good and bad.
But emotions aren’t a problem.
They’re data.
And the most powerful emotions?
Are the ones that feel the most complex.
Because growth lives in the in-between:
➡️ Joy + Fear = Excitement
➡️ Pride + Humility = Balance
➡️ Ambition + Fatigue = Burnout
➡️ Hope + Doubt = Determination
➡️ Confusion + Clarity = Realization
➡️ Guilt + Forgiveness = Redemption
➡️ Confidence + Vulnerability = Courage
➡️ Anger + Compassion = Assertiveness
➡️ Anxiety + Excitement = Anticipation
➡️ Peace + Uncertainty = Resilience
➡️ Gratitude + Envy = Contentment
➡️ Trust + Letdown = Skepticism
➡️ Joy + Sadness = Bittersweet
➡️ Fear + Curiosity = Caution
➡️ Love + Loss = Grief
You can feel more than one thing at once.
That doesn’t make you unstable—
It makes you human.
Use my sheet to better understand your emotions.
The truth is—
Most people don’t talk about what they feel.
They just react.
But when you understand what’s really
going on inside, you respond with clarity.
You show up with presence.
You lead with strength.
And you give others permission to do the same.
That’s emotional intelligence.
That’s real leadership.

The True Impact Of Neglecting Inner Growth
Ignoring inner growth could be costing you more than you realize.
This is science-backed – here’s why inner growth matters:

But research shows that 68% of executives experience burnout when they ignore personal growth (Harvard Business Review).
Here’s what science reveals about the impact of ignoring inner growth:
Burnout Risk – The American Psychological Association found that leaders who skip self-care are 40% more likely to experience burnout due to prolonged stress and high demands.
Difficulty Focusing – Stanford University research highlights that chronic stress reduces cognitive performance by 30%, impairing concentration and decision-making.
Higher Stress and Anxiety – UC Berkeley research indicates that neglecting self-reflection and personal growth can raise anxiety levels by 20%, impacting mental health and job performance.
Strained Relationships – The Gottman Institute, a leader in relationship research, reports a 60% increase in conflicts for those who don’t address internal stress, affecting both work and personal relationships.
Loss of Motivation and Energy – A Deloitte survey found that executives with high stress and low personal fulfillment see productivity drop by up to 50%.
Investing in inner growth helps leaders build resilience, sharpen focus, and create healthier, more balanced lives – scientifically proven to improve both personal and professional outcomes.

The Tree of Resilience
How to be more resilient?
I prefer the word “simple” over “easy”
Especially when we talk about resilience.
So, let’s try this exercise:
→ Adversity Exposure
1. To start, pick a small challenge related to your work.
Something you’ve been avoiding or find slightly uncomfortable.
For example:
→ You’ve been avoiding leading a team meeting because it makes you nervous
2. Now, define what success looks like for this challenge.
In our example, your goal might be:
→ To lead a short portion of the meeting instead of the whole thing
3. Now, think about how you’ll tackle the challenge.
For example, for leading the meeting, you might:
→ Prepare your key points
→ Practice the entire meeting in advance
Just plan your approach to tackle the challenge.
4. Now it’s time to execute the plan.
For example, during the meeting, take the lead for your planned segment.
Speaking up will help you build confidence.
Even if it’s just a short part of the meeting.
5. Alright! The meeting is over.
Now it’s time to reflect.
Take a moment and ask yourself:
→ How did it feel to lead, even if it was just a small part?
→ What went well?
→ What could I improve next time?
That’s it.
This is how we can build resilience through Adversity Exposure.
And remember:
→ Acknowledge how brave you were to take on the challenge
→ As you become more confident, go with slighter bigger challenges
The more challenges we face, the more resilience we can build, right?
