NBTC BJJ / Double Five New Braunfels

Learn practical self-defense skills and the importance of situational awareness at the AWARE Self Defense Expo on Friday, July 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the New Braunfels Police Department Training Room, located at 3030 West San Antonio Street!

Attend one of four FREE, one-hour demonstration sessions at 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., noon, or 1:30 p.m. Each session offers a preview of the full AWARE course, featuring 4–5 self-defense techniques and tips for increasing situational awareness.

The expo will also feature local gyms and organizations offering self-defense training. Visit with instructors, explore available programs, and learn how to continue your training.
