A fun, low-impact cardio workout packed with your favorite throwback hits.

Each class is a complete 30-minute workout on its own.

But if you stay for both? You'll finish with a balanced hour of strength + cardio that will leave you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.

So I made myself a little lock screen reminder to keep movement front and center — and now every time I pick up my phone, I get a little accountability check-in.

Your reminder doesn’t have to be fancy:

Each week's schedule is designed to work together as a well-rounded program, so if you join us for every class, you'll enjoy a balanced mix of cardio, strength, and mobility throughout the week.

But don't worry if your schedule only allows for one class, every 30-minute workout is complete on its own, so you'll still get an effective, feel-good workout every time you log in.
